It was recently announced that Noth Charleston will be the location for "The Boeing Company"to build a second 584,000 suare foot Dreamliner assembly plant. The plant will create at least 3,800 new jobs and attract at least 43 top-tier suppliers. Boeing is expected to invest $750 million over seven years and break gound within a few weeks. It is my opinion that the Charleston Tri-county area is a solid investment and on the verge of booming over the next few years.

 

Here is the government website that describes the extended and expanded $8000 tax credit. "Home Buyers Tax Incentive"  It now also includes a $6500 tax credit for homeowners who have been in their home for at least 5 years and who want to buy a new residence.
